The production process
The production process consists of ten steps:programming, weaving, web quality control, washing, cutting, finishing, checking, packaging, and finally shipping.
PROGRAMMING
programming plays a crucial role in the development of each piece of clothing. The design is first created on a computer before being transferred onto weaving machines. Throughout the entire process, confidentiality measures are implemented to safeguard the brand's creativity and ensure uniqueness.
This approach not only protects the brand's ideas but also helps to maintain the quality and consistency of the clothing production. Reducing the possibility of human error and ensuring precision, this method results in finished products that meet or exceed the brand's standards.
BROCADING
In this section of the process, we carefully wind up the specific yarn and color requested by the customer to ensure we meet their exact specifications. Our attention to detail ensures that each customer receives their desired yarn in the exact color they requested.
WEAVE
Weaving is a complex process that starts with loading the threading program into the machine. Once the program is loaded, the machine starts creating a single pre-programmed piece with precision and accuracy. During this process, it is essential to pay attention to every detail to ensure the final product is of the highest quality. After the weaving process is complete, a thorough inspection is carried out to identify any flaws or defects that may have occurred during the process. It is crucial to catch any potential issues during this stage as they can impact the quality of the finished product. Overall, the process of weaving requires careful attention to detail to produce fabrics that are both beautiful and durable.
WASHING
Every article of clothing undergoes a thorough washing process and is meticulously ironed afterwards to ensure its cleanliness and crisp appearance.
CUTTING
Fabrics are cut to size following the pattern and eliminating any excess parts. This is done only when necessary: often a production method is chosen that already involves shaping the fabric during the weaving phase.
CUSTOMISATION
Using various sewing machines, the garment is customized, most often utilizing the LINKING MACHINE.
QUALITY CONTROL
Once packaged, each article undergoes a rigorous inspection under intense lighting to detect and correct any potential errors.
PACKING
The entire collection is hand-bagged to ensure maximum security for each item during the subsequent shipping phase. If requested by the customer, labels and other additional brand-specific elements can be already inserted on each item.
SHIPPING
The entire order will be shipped using renowned couriers known for their speed and safety worldwide, such as Fedex and UPS.
